Yoga Ed. offers two affordable and easy-to-implement yoga programs for schools as well as the Instructor Training to implement them!

Yoga Ed. Tools for Teachers Program

Simple yoga-based exercises designed for the classroom

• Activities that integrate and energize mind-body in 5 – 15 minutes
• No yoga experience needed; user-friendly to all body types and sizes
• Require no extra space or equipment
• Effective behavior and class management
• Enhance focus, concentration, creativity, communication and discipline
• Taught by certified Yoga Ed. Instructors in weekend workshops and staff development in-service programs.

Instructor Training

The Yoga Ed. Instructor Training certifies qualified yogis to teach:

• The Yoga Ed. Pre-K - High School Curriculums to students as PE
• The Tools for Teachers Program to classroom Teachers

  You qualify for the K-8 Instructor Training, if you:  

• Have completed a yoga teacher training or equivalent*
• Are a physical education, dance or other movement teacher who also practices yoga proficiently
• Are a certified yoga teacher who wants to teach yoga education in schools

* Equivalent means that you have many years experience in yoga as well as a higher education degree or expertise in a related field of study such as dance, martial arts, physical education, etc.

Yoga Ed. Trainer Program

The Yoga Ed. Trainer Program certifies Yoga Ed. Instructor Training graduates with experience to teach:

• Instructor Training to qualified participants
• Curriculum to PE teachers
